非洲学者：加强信息交流 进一步释放中非企业合作潜能 丨世界观

　　日前，埃塞俄比亚规划发展部前国务部长、北京大学南南合作与发展学院非洲学生代表西姆就如何促进中非合作接受中国新闻网采访。据他观察，民营企业不仅效率高，且具有较强的生产力和竞争力，是中非未来合作的关键元素。

　　西姆认为，中非民营企业合作必须重视知识与信息交流，以充分利用金融、自然等资源进行发展。双方可集思广益，不断产生新的想法，中非未来的伙伴关系将比过去更好。(王高飞 陈彩霞)

　　Private sector is full of efficiency, productivity, competitiveness, making them critical elements of in the future China-Africa cooperation, noted Endalkachew Sime, Former Ethiopian Minister of Planning and Development, PhD Candidate at the Institute of South-South Cooperation and Development of Peking University, during an interview with China News Network.

　　Sime thinks Africa-China cooperation must prioritize the exchange of knowledge and information to fully leverage financial, natural resources for development.
